CLAUDE.md was shipped inside workflow_deck_automation.tar.gz. Exclude it along with two files in the same category: CLAUDE.local.md, which is gitignored private environment notes and must never end up in a downloadable package, and tsconfig.json, which exists purely so vite-plugin-dts has a config to resolve at build time and is dead weight on the server.
